Two matches for today :
Norwich - Tottenham (Premier League)
Norwich welcome Tottenham to Carrow Road today. Norwich is placed 11th in the PL and their home form is (4-2-2).They draw their last 2 games against Everton and Wolves. Ritchie De Laet, on loan from Manchester United, is doubtful for the match with a back injury while James Vaughan (knee), Elliott Ward (knee) are definitely ruled out and Kyle Naughton is ineligible as he cannot play against his parent club.
Tottenham is going great this season sitting 3rd in the PL with 35 points and 2 matches less than the other teams. Their Away form is (5-1-2). Harry Redknapp will also have to cope without a few first-team players. Michael Dawson is out until the end of the month with an Achilles injury, while Aaron Lennon won’t be back due to a hamstring tear and Tom Huddlestone (ankle) is also still a week away from fitness.
Spurs also have a number of players doubtful as Ledley King (knee), Younes Kaboul (hamstring) and Jermain Defoe (hamstring) will have to wait for fitness tests to determine whether they are match-ready.
I expect Tottenham to get the 3 points today and close the gap on Man United and Man City so we go for the away win (1.80)
Sheffield United - Notts County (League One)
Sheffield United come from 4 straight wins in the league without concede a goal. They beat Bornmouth in their last game (0-2).Their home form is (7-2-2) and they have the best home attack in the league with 24 goals in 11 games. Sheffield United will be without suspended midfielder Lee Williamson, whilst Kevin McDonald (knee) and Nick Montgomery (chest infection) are rated as doubtful.
Notts County have only 1 win in their last 8 games (1-3-4) and two straight losses. They lost their last game against Layton Orient (1-2). Their away form is (3-2-6). In their last 4 exits they don't have a win and conceded 9 goals. Gavin Mahon has been ruled out with a hamstring injury, whilst Krystian Pearce is very doubtful with a groin issue.
Stephen Hunt (ankle) and Jude Stirling (knee) remain out, with Rob Burch on his way back from a knee injury.Ben Burgess is on leave from the club at present, following the birth of his son.I expect a home win (1.80) here following Sheffield's United form.
